OFFICIAL: UDHAYANIDHI TEAMS UP WITH THIS LEGENDARY NATIONAL AWARD WINNING DIRECTOR.

Reputed producer and hero Udhayanidhi Stalin, who has been giving back to back commercial films every year has now been signed by a legendary director to star in his next. Yes, it is official! Luminary director Priyadarshan is casting Udhay in his upcoming Tamil film. The film is to be produced by Santosh of Moonshot Entertainment.

Udhayanidhi Stalin took to Twitter to confirm this news as he said, ''Happy to announce my next project wit Dir Priyadarshan sir! Produced by moonshot entertainment Santosh sir!''.

Udhay currently has two films in his kitty which are yet to release, namely, Podhuvaaga En Manasu Thangam and Ippadai Vellum. This is the first time Udhay will be collaborating with an iconic director. Interestingly, the film is speculated to be a remake of the Malayalam critically acclaimed hit film,  Maheshinte Prathikaaram which starred Fahaad Faasil.
